Patrick is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents (ages 14+) and adults to navigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. He also supports individuals transitioning from inpatient hospitalization, helping them reintegrate and build a foundation for ongoing wellness. Patrick views therapy as a space for healing and self-discovery, and he’s passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can grow and improve their quality of life.

With over 15 years of experience, Patrick has worked across diverse clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, medication-assisted treatment programs for substance use, and, most recently, group therapy for both adolescents and adults. He integrates evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help individuals, families, and groups make meaningful changes aligned with their goals and values.

Patrick earned his Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed his clinical training and supervision in Richmond, Virginia, to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. His approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, patience, and collaboration.

Outside of his clinical work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing games of all kinds, and participating in trivia. He’s part of a local trivia company that has been awarded Best Trivia in Richmond twice.
